They happened to be in islands suited to train their abilities (expected from Robin and Brook), so it wouldn't make sense to leave the islands so soon. Even, Luffy is in an island where most women train to used Haki.

Robin was sent to where revolutionary had planned to attack and free the people, kuma, an executive of revolutionary knows most of their plans and about Dragon wanting to meet her.

I love these episodes where the strawhats wants to become stronger and better at their thing for Luffy

i love the flashbacks coz they show how selfless luffy is, he helps ppl for no reason and never ever asks for anuything in return. marineford was where he needed the help of his crew and the people he helped...but at the end he lost things dear to him :( i hope the new world will not just be where luffy helps people but where luffy and the strawhats help each other as well

I have been seeing comments about time skip and here it is 2 years of time skip!

These flashbacks made me realize that Luffy had done so much for his crew members and helped them whenever they needed someone the most. But now that Luffy needed that nobody was able to with him. Just proves why he is the captain.

I love the idea of them training each from a side and meeting in 2 years. They all know their limit and know it's time to get stronger. They haven't seen the war and what Luffy has been through but they definitely get the idea. Would love to see the result!

man what a show. I love the re-animated flashbacks so much. all of them are reminded of what Luffy really is. he has helped them constantly without asking for anything, and now that he needed help, they weren't there for him. all while losing his brother.

I love how they're so devoted to doing something for HIM now, so much that they'll train for 2 years just so they can truly support their captain the next time they meet. what a series. it's so good... I can't wait till the timeskip happens.
